Somerset Carnivals

Every year a very dedicated but slightly nutty bunch of people get together to produce the spectacle that is the Somerset Carnivals. There are 100ft long feature & tableaux, comedy & juvenile classes, as well as single & pairs masqueraders.

The biggest part is 7 carnivals in 10 days taking in Bridgwater, North Petherton, Burnham-onSea, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Glastonbury, & Weston-super-Mare on the Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnival Association circuit.
